Put it in the Left4Dead folder where Left4Dead.exe is.
Instructions:
1. Download the File Below.
2. Put it in the L4D Folder where steam_appid.txt is and overwrite.
3. Put the engine.dll to the Bin folder.
4.Then start playing.
